Terms of Sale

1. Products & Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is accepted. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Your order confirmation will be sent by email.

3. Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping. Processing takes 1–3 business days; estimated delivery is 8–15 business days for the US and Europe. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without justification. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Legal Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

6. Liability

Products are intended for use as described. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 years old.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French consumers may also contact a consumer mediator free of charge.
